These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeta999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the jeta999 website and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and payment services.

By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of jeta999, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order;
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and accept that responsibility fully.

jeta999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file. Access to jeta999 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Residency: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement, either through jeta999's own responsible gaming tools or through any external programme.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, agents, and contractors of jeta999, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any wagering activities on the platform.

jeta999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification to all accounts before significant withdrawals are approved. This process may require you to submit a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

To access the full range of jeta999 services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on jeta999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited at jeta999's discretion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jeta999 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. You agree to notify jeta999 immediately at support@jeta999 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Account Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your registered account details current and accurate at all times. If your email address, phone number, or payment details change, you must update them promptly via the Account Settings section. jeta999 is not liable for losses arising from outdated account information.

• Registration is free — jeta999 does not charge a fee to open a player account.
• All fields marked as mandatory on the registration form must be completed accurately.
• jeta999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Accounts created using temporary email addresses or VoIP phone numbers may be subject to additional verification requirements.

jeta999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by jeta999.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad, and ৳500 via Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jeta999 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile financial service provider or card issuer.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your jeta999 account, or to a method you have registered and verified under your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• jeta999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions to local mobile financial services.
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• jeta999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if jeta999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes.

jeta999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL T20 tournaments, and IPL fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out below.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus offer details. Unless stated otherwise, bonus wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete wagering within the specified period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution percentages for each game category are specified in the individual bonus terms.

• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering conditions are met.
• jeta999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If jeta999 determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including by opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or colluding with other players — the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• Promotions are available to players in Bangladesh only unless otherwise stated.

All bets placed on jeta999 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game type, together with these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Pre-match bets are accepted up to the scheduled start time of the event. In-play bets are subject to real-time odds changes and may be suspended or refused at any time. jeta999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or pricing error.

Casino Games: All casino games on jeta999 use certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the game engine. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jeta999's server logs will be used as the authoritative record of the game state and outcome.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game categories. These limits are displayed within each game or market. jeta999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the platform.
• jeta999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout per event, per day, or per player at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet outcome, the decision of jeta999's management — based on server logs and game records — is final.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with jeta999 outside of a standard browser or mobile interface is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jeta999 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using jeta999 to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment method details.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using coordinated accounts to abuse promotional offers, or engaging in matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering conditions.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or tournament formats, or sharing account access to coordinate betting strategies.
• Hacking and Exploits: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jeta999 systems, exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate artificial winnings, or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering on jeta999.

jeta999 employs advanced fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of player accounts. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, their balances forfeited, and their details reported to relevant fraud prevention databases.

jeta999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Player request for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools;
• Identification of duplicate or associated accounts;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant).

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting jeta999 support at support@jeta999. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, provided no Terms violations are outstanding.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the Account Settings section or by emailing support@jeta999. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, jeta999 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the affected player from opening a new account.
